Privacy Policy

All images in this and all  galleries are the intellectual property of REflections Photography and are copyright protected.  By downloading or purchasing images, users agrees to tag/mention REflections Photography on all social media platforms.  User will not produce images as their own.  Altering of images by user is strictly prohibited and doing so is a violation of copyright laws.  For additional image request or changes, please contact REflections Photography directly.  Images not provided to the galleries are not retained.  Under no circumstances will unedited (RAW) images be provided to clients/customers.  Additional edits on existing gallery images are only provided if photographer agrees to do so and are all subject to a $50/hour re-edit fee.  Expired galleries are subjected to a $25 renewal fee. 

REflecitons Photography reserves and retains the exclusive rights to all digital and print images.  REflections Photography reserves and retains the rights to share, display, print, and exhibit any and all images captured by REflections Photography for commercial or other purpsoes.  Digital downloads are restricted to personal use only by the client/consumer/customer.   Digital images cannot be used for commercial purposes by anyone other than REflections Photography without express written consent from REflections photography.  Do not edit or alter images in any way when printing, sharing, and/or using across social media platforms.  To do so is copyright infringement.  Citing, tagging, and/or providing credit to the photographer when sharing across social media platforms is required.
